Barcelona will try to lure Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool in the January transfer window with another huge bid.
Barcelona were knocked back three times in their attempt to sign Coutinho in the summer.
The Brazilian made it clear he wanted to leave by handing in a transfer request.
But the Merseyside outfit put their foot down insisting the player will not be sold.
However, rumours have persisted to suggest Barcelona have not given up on bringing Coutinho to the Nou Camp.
And Liverpool look set to have another fight on their hands to keep the playmaker in the Premier League in little under a months' time.
Italian outlet Calciomercato claim Barcelona will return with another bid in the New Year in excess of £88.3million.
Coutinho has missed a handful of games for Liverpool so far this season through injury and the performances of Mohamed Salah have so far overshadowed the Brazil international.
But he was the star of the show in Liverpool's 5-1 thrashing of Brighton earlier today.
As well as scoring an exquisite free-kick, he also provided assists for Emre Can and Roberto Firmino.
Liverpool will be hoping to have Coutinho in similar form when they face Spartak Moscow in their final Champions League group match to ensure they reach the knockout stage of the competition.
