In the space of two weeks, 4 people have been murdered in the Seminole Heights neighborhood in Tampa, Florida.
Ronald Felton, 60, is the latest victim. He was shot from behind just a few blocks away from a memorial honoring the other victims on Tuesday. Anthony Naiboa, 20, Monica Hoffa, 32, and Benjamin Mitchell have all been killed days apart. Hoffa and Naiboa were shot dead within the space of ten days.

Officers have issued surveillance footage of a person of interest. The suspect was seen running from the scene where Mitchell was murdered earlier this week.
Tampa police chief Brian Dugan said: "I’ve come up with four reasons why this person might be running. One: they may be late for dinner. Two: they’re out exercising. Three: they heard gunshots. And number four: they just murdered Benjamin Mitchell."

The footage shows the suspect flipping his phone. Dugan said he wanted to focus on that because flipping his phone might be a habit of his and people should be on the look out for it. He added officers believe the suspect has ties to the Seminole neighborhood.
Officers have received around 350 tips regarding the case and the killer. There is a $35,000 reward for any information leading to his arrest. Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn has also urged people with information to come forward and share with the police.

He said: "All you’re doing is protecting a killer. And that killer may take out one of your family members. So, you decide which side you’re on."
