A growing Law Firm located in the business district of Chevron Drive, Lekki-Epe Free Trade zone is hunting for young, dynamic, resourceful, intelligent, energetic, smart top-grade lawyer of minimum of 3 and maxium of 5 years post-call to bar & cognate experiences for immediate hire:
Job Description:
1. All aspects of litigation from trial courts to all appellate courts;
2. Tax practice and tax law reporting;
3. Arbitration
4. Drafting of simple and complex commercial and real estate agreements;
5. Corporate affairs and companies procedures from incorporation to winding up;
6. Enforcement and registration of judgments;
7. Election petition etc
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 2nd Class upper Division LLB (Hons. ) at a recognised law degree awarding institution;
2. Minimum of 2nd Class BL at the Bar vocation exam;
3. Basic knowledge of law of evidence and rules of superior courts;
4. LLM and Associateship of CITN, ICSAN and/or ICAN are added advantages;
5. Computer/networking literacy is a necessary condition for positive hire;
6. Age maximum of 30 years.
7. Prepared to learn fast in a fast changing global environment;
