Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, will tomorrow -Tuesday 24th October, 2017, inaugurate the board of the Universal Basic Education and Local Government Education Secretaries, according to a statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Segun Ajiboye.
"The recently announced board of the Ondo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) will be inaugurated on Tuesday, October 24, 2017.
The inauguration ceremony will hold inside the Cocoa Conference Hall, Governor’s Office, Alagbaka, Akure, at 2pm," the statement reads.
Members of the Board are: Princess Oladunni Odu (Chairman); Princess Olufunmilayo Brown (fulltime member), Mr Tayo Isaac Fayanju (fulltime member).
Others are:
Ex-officio members representing local government areas: Augustine Oloruntogbe (North); Adebiyi Ayinuola (Central) and Adenikinju George (South).
Other members of the board are Alhaji Omoloja Abimbola (PTA), Comerade victor Oladele Amoko (NUT) and Mrs Ronke Ojo (Women group). "
Also to be inaugurated as Education Secretaries for the 18 local government areas are the following;

Mr. Gbenga Omole- Akoko South West
Mr. Niyi Oseni – Akoko North East

Mr. Samuel Olowere – Akure North
Mr. Ojo Alalabiaye - Idanre
Mr. Taye Adegbamigbe – Ifedore
Mr. Mathew Maroof Bada – Ondo West
Mr.Ola Feyide – Ondo East
Mr. J.O Ojigi – Ese Odo
Mr. Olamigoke Jatuwase – Ilaje
Mr. Sunday Oyepitan – Okitipupa
Mr. Joshua Adebusoye – Irele
Mr. Charlse Meroyi – Odigbo
